Father's Day Poem (Original)

Daddy,

Being the doctor of the family,

You are always taking good care of our health,

By cutting fruits for us to eat,

Bringing us to see doctor when we are sick,

To make sure we are fit as a fiddle.

You are always concern for our studies,

Making sure we score well in our exams,

So that we will have a bright future ahead of us.

We apologise of all the wrongs we have done in the past,

For ignoring and taking your precious advices and words for granted.

We did not understand at that moment that they were gold and diamonds,

We truly regret because they are so rare to find and filled with much love.

Our actions and words have caused you countless disappointments and heartaches.

Forgive us when we did not know or understand and not able to bear with you,

The struggles you went through behind closed doors.

The weariness you went through by constantly striving to be a responsible father,

Will forever be remembered and appreciated in our hearts.

Even though you are skinny, but you are very strong Daddy,

To take good care of 3 girls + mummy + mama in this family,

You are the only candidate that can do this duty perfectly.

We truly appreciate and cherish all the love and care,

You poured out upon us all these years,

Which is the reason that made us grow up to be who we are today.

We are grateful and thankful that God,

Has sent us you to be our Daddy,

We wouldn’t ask for anyone else,

You are truly our perfect hero, Daddy Bond. <3
